What if I don't know which scent to choose?

Do you test on animals?
Nope. We test on people only. Animals are our pals.
What if I don't like the scent?
If you don't like your scent, we would be happy to exchange it for a different one. If you would prefer to return your item, you may do so within 30 days. The item must be practically unused. The full amount of the item will be returned onto the original form of payment. Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
Where do you source your ingredients?
All of our ingredients are sourced from vendors from all over the country that we approve after extensive research. The ingredients we use are chosen based on quality and their benefits. We believe in high standards when it comes to our skin.
Do your products contain nuts?
Some of our products do contain almond oil. Although applying oil that contains nuts to your skin should not irritate someone with a food allergy, we do recommend consulting with your doctor first.
Are your products made within the United States?
Yes, we make our products at our lab in Los Angeles, California.
Why does my spray look cloudier/slightly different from the picture online?
While we do measure our formulas to stay as precise as possible, due to the natural nature of our ingredients color may vary slightly.
Do your products have a shelf life?
Due to the organic nature of our ingredients, there is a shelf life of 7-8 months. We advise you keep your Anese products away from sunlight and stored room temperature for maximum freshness.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We process your order same day but we will do our ultimate best to cancel before it is shipped. To cancel, please email us as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order has shipped out we cannot cancel it. We do not accept changing your order due to the nature of our products.
What’s the status of my order?
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can click your tracking number to see the status of the delivery. Tracking your order on USPS will provide more up to date tracking information.
What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
Contact us right away at email@example.com. We will cover the cost of sending it back to us so it can be replaced.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Our prices do not include taxes or duties. If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged at checkout on orders shipped to New York or California.

Standard shipping (5-7 business days) is Free on all orders within the United States. If you can't wait for standard shipping, you may choose Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) for $12.
What does it mean if an item is “Waitlisted?”
If an item is waitlisted, it means it was so popular we have to buckle down and make more. We make all of our products in small batches so we don't compromise the quality. To find out when we will get more in stock, send us an email with the item you were dying to buy and we will email you when more is available.
